Verne B. Hoyer established the firm of Hoyer & Associates, Inc. in 1989 after retiring from a distinguished career with one of Oregon's largest police agencies. As a Law Enforcement Officer, Verne was a key member of the Police FAI (Fatal Accident Investigation) team. During his 17 years with the police force, Verne attained over 2,100 hours of law enforcement training. Since his retirement Verne has logged another 1,500 hours of training to remain a leader in the growing legal investigative field.

 

Verne has taught Vehicle Accident Investigation courses to various agencies along with other courses of study, including Radar Operation, Investigator Ethics, Crime Scene Security, and Facilitator-Trained Investigative Business Management.

 

Since 1989, Hoyer & Associates, Inc. has completed over 2,000 investigations, maintaining a multi-year investigative contract with a world-wide computer manufacturing company.
